What is Advanced Referral Network?

It is a network created by Realtors® for Realtors® A network of dedicated real estate professionals who have gone above and beyond the basic state licensure requirements by acquiring one or more of the National Association of Realtors® designations and/or certifications. Advanced Referral Network allows you to search by areas served, languages spoken, specialties and by designations or certifications. This will give you the tools to best match your client to the Realtor® you are referring and allow Realtors® to refer clients whose needs fit your expertise.

How will I be contacted?

At sign up you choose the best way to reach you; text, email or both.  We found with other Realtor® sites that most contact is made solely by email and many referral opportunities are lost due to lengthy response times. This way you will have the best chance to respond quickly to make a successful connection.

How will this improve the quality of my referrals?

Likely you have received that call, "I wish you could represent my parents, best friend or colleague in their purchase or sale". It is indeed high praise! Your clients would like a Realtor® to deliver the high level service and knowledge to their family, friend or colleague as you have done for them. Now your job is to find the Realtor® 5 states away. How and where will you begin? Ask the agents in your office? Do a company search? Go for it and Google it? The best solution is to take control of the search by using Advanced Referral Network and begin selecting Realtors® with specific requirements. Such as area of expertise, cities or counties served, buyer or seller specialist, certifications or designations to best match the client’s needs. It’s that easy to network and leverage your business by connecting with credible Realtors® just like you.

I am set up to auto renew, can I cancel at any time?

Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. You may cancel anytime during your subscription.  We will pro-rate your return, all we ask for is a 30 day notice. Contact Support@AdvancedReferralNetwork.com

I love being a part of Advance Referral Network, how do I add more cities or counties?

We love to hear that! Log in to your account and click the “profile” button. Scroll down to the area served section and click the “add” link to add more cities. Populate the city using the tools provided. Once you have entered the additional information select “save” and they will be added to your shopping cart for payment. Once the payment has been processed the selected cities will be active in your profile.

I forgot my password, who do I contact?

Go to the login tab on the homepage and type in the email address used to register. Click "Forgot Password". Once you have completed that, your password or reset password link should be emailed to your registered email address.

How do I update my information?  i.e. phone, email, company name etc…

You log in and click on "profile". Once you see your account information proceed with your edits as needed. Select "save" to save the changes and update your account.

I just achieved another designation or completed a certification, can I update my profile?

Absolutely and congratulations! We love seeing our fellow professionals committed to excellence. Please go to the login tap on the home screen and select "Update Profile".

I have a degree and designations from other organizations, will those show up in my profile?

Yes, your degree and other earned designations will show up on your profile page just as you have entered them.
